Sign-in sessions are tied to your verified email address, and elevated actions (publishing, deleting, financial approvals) are logged with timestamps and the responsible user.

Age verification is required for any alcohol-related fulfillment (21+, U.S.). We may request government-issued ID for in-person pickup of allocated bottles, in accordance with state and local liquor laws.

To continuously optimize your experience, monitor server health, and measure page traffic, we utilize a two-tier analytics framework:

We employ proprietary, first-party tracking utilities directly integrated into barrelhouse.com. This functional tracking operates continuously to measure generalized site traffic volume, page popularity, and baseline site performance. This data is handled entirely in-house, does not collect personally identifiable information, is never shared with third parties, and is strictly used to keep our website running smoothly.

2. Optional Advanced Analytics (Opt-In/Opt-Out):

With your explicit consent via our cookie notification banner, we also utilize advanced third-party behavioral diagnostic tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity.
